This team coaching is organised with the members of the same team and of course, it is tailored on the specific needs of the corporation.
Nevertheless, being focussed on Performance it will aim to bring together in team coaching sessions the colleagues and first of all to understand what is the vision and the values of the company and how are they aligned with the values of each member of the team.
After this we will analyse each team member unique style of communication and motivation based on DISC assessment.
Afterwards, we will focus on how they can work better in order to have higher performance and efficiency and how can be this better translated in clearer objectives and milestones.
This Mastermind will comprise nine sessions of 2 hours and half (depending on how big the team is). Each of the sessions preferably with maximum 10 participants. It is about team coaching and performing better together at the working place.

This team coaching is organised with the executive members of the company and of course, it is tailored to the specific needs of the corporation.
Nevertheless, it will be focussed mainly on how to find your self-motivation and also how to motivate your colleagues that you coordinate.
We will be focusing as well on how to improve the leadership skills and how to communicate better and more impactful their vision to their staff.
We will focus also on how to communicate for better compliance, how to manage in difficult times, how to manage the time and explain the desired objectives.

This Mastermind will comprise nine sessions of 2 hours (depending on how big the team is). Each of the sessions preferably with maximum of 6 participants.
